This is my first portrait painting piece. I found this photo of an old man holding the flowers and thought a portrait but hiding their faces behind the nature makes me even more curious about the man. And the fact that the man holding flowers made me relate to the photo even more since the meaning of my name is ‘a flower of the world’. With those reasons, I felt I need to dig this concept, the portraits hiding their faces with flowers, and this became the start of the journey.
